- How to book excursions?

You book excursions in any way convenient for you: by phone Viber \ WhatsApp, e-mail - e-mail, a booking form on our website, on the page of each tour. Our employees accept the order, specify the necessary information (transfer time, what to take with you on the excursion) and confirm the application.

- How is payment made?

You pay transfer services directly to the driver upon completion of the service. Excursions are paid after the fact, by the guide on the bus. No prepayment required. Payment is accepted in USD, EUR and TL.

- How many days in advance do you need to book your services?

The minimum period for which you can book a transfer to / from the airport is one day before departure.

It is better to order excursions from Kemer upon arrival, from the hotel, one or two days before the start of the tour.

- Do you take out insurance?

We work with a German insurance company, insurance is required for each tourist on any excursion tour.

- What is included in the tour price?

Most of our excursions usually include the following services: insurance, two-way transfer, guide services, entrance tickets to attractions, meals. Services paid additionally are indicated on the website in the description of each tour.

- How is the collection of tourists for excursions?

For all our excursions, the bus picks up tourists from the hotel. You must wait for the transfer outside, at the gate of your hotel, 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time.

- I, unfortunately, refuse the excursion, how to do it?

12 hours before the start of the tour, you must contact the employee who accepted your application and inform about the cancellation of the tour.
